Mallory and Clark had not only one, but two gorgeous days for their wedding celebration. The ceremony on Friday evening at the Latter Day Saints Temple in Raleigh, NC was gorgeous with beautiful gardens surrounding the temple and the reception was held at Rock Springs Center in Greenville, NC on Saturday.
Mallory’s wedding gown was beautiful and unlike most of our brides, she got to wear it for her bridal session plus two wedding days instead of just one! We are constantly hearing how our MP brides want to wear their dress longer or for another day and Mallory got to do that!
We’re always talking about how we love traditions and family heritage and we loved learning about Clark’s family and seeing their traditions! They are from a small island called Tonga, which is a matriarchal society. The grandmother’s at the wedding were honored with gifts of cake and handmade throws. At the reception, we were able to experience a couple of traditional Tongan dances, which were incredible! The men in Tonga used these dances to psych themselves up for war or battle – you have to check out the photos below!
To finish out the night, Mallory and Clark left with sparklers and a send off in Mallory’s grandfather’s classic car. Check it out!
Mallory and Clark – We’re so honored to have spent your wedding with you! Wishing you all the best! xoxo
