Tonight we are so excited to start your week off with Tara & Mitchell’s beautiful wedding! Exactly one month ago today, this amazing couple said I do on the doorstep of Tara’s family home and celebrated in the backyard with friends and family in the most perfect way! Having known Tara for most of my life, I know it has always been a dream for her to get married in the front yard of her parents home and you will soon see why. It is absolutely stunning! Of course we all know the saying “April showers bring May flowers” so when her wedding week finally came around, we were all keeping our fingers crossed for NO rain! With the ever changing weather forecast which is nerve-racking for any bride to be, we were so glad to see only cloudy skies that day! After her 30 degree, rainy bridal portrait day, i’d say those cloudy skies were well deserved! From the first time I met Mitchell I knew he was the perfect guy for Tara. He was clam, sweet, funny and up to do anything- much like she is. During their entire ceremony, you could just feel their genuine love for each other. That’s when I knew Tara’s wedding day dream had become a reality. ( You can see a glimpse for yourself here with this video by Sarah & Brandon films.) Throughout the entire night both Tara and Mitchell could be found on the dance floor together surrounded by loved ones celebrating with Port City Shakedown. It was truly a dream come true! We couldn’t be more excited for the newest Mr. & Mrs. Volpe and are honored to have been apart of their day!
However, we are super jealous of your honeymoon you are enjoying now! 😉
Congrats Tara & Mitchell! <3

Very beautiful bride & great pictures. Love that she got married at home.
We could not make it to the wedding due to a prior commitment. The pictures almost made us feel as if he had been there.
