The last week of January we were contacted by Robbie & Cayce of RSG Event Design to be a part of an inspirational shoot for their upcoming Spring wedding season. You may remember RSG from our previous Magnolia Wedding Workshop at Pine Lakes country club. If not, you should totally take a moment to click on the link above to see the magic we created with them a few years ago! Needless to say, when Robbie and I (Jana) get together, the possibilities are literally endless and well sometimes crazy (the good kind I promise). I am forever grateful to have someone who I can bounce the craziest ideas off of and they make it happen without a blink! While touring the stunning Sunnyside Plantation property Cayce and I took a little adventure into the woods. At the time we had no idea we would stumble upon the most perfect location for this shoot and from there those wild, crazy, endless possibilities fell right into place. Together we created this shoot in less than 2 weeks and IT. WAS. PERFECT.

When it came to choosing a color palette for this shoot, we knew it not only needed to be inspirational, but bold. Often times couples choose a more muted, neutral tone route when it comes to designing their wedding as opposed to something full of color. With Spring and Summer weddings approaching, what better time to bring out these vibrant colors to show they can be just as beautiful! I mean, just wait until you see the florals below. They are truly breathtaking! To play up this shoot even more, RSG took it up a notch and created the most dreamy hanging installation for the table which we later decided to also create a ceremony space with. It was honestly too good to only use once.

As if the colorful shoot wasn’t enough we ended the night with a chandelier install by the water. Regardless of color preferences, this idea is something timeless and elegant every bride can incorporate into their day!
