On this day two weeks ago, we had one of the most magical summer weddings of our career at Brooklyn Arts Center in Wilmington, NC.  When we first met Stephanie and Michael, we knew their wedding would be a blast! These two are seriously made for each other and we have loved every minute of getting to know them as well as their friends and family. Stephanie and Michael braved the cold for their engagement session in January and we fought the heat for her Airlie Gardens bridal session in June. After being through all extremes prior to the wedding, the weather on the day of the wedding was absolute perfection, you could have not picked a better day in August. We love the colorful florals mixed with the rustic charm of the venue. I mean come on, look how stunning the aisle was. Seriously  like out of a magazine!   Orchid Island Events and Beautiful flowers by June really outdid themselves with this wedding and we were honored to be able to photograph it all! Now, go get lost in this wedded bliss!

Congrats Stephanie and Michael! We love you both (and the pups too!)! 🙂

Stephanie surprised her mom by having her wedding gown remade to wear during her sparkler exit! We love Laura’s reaction seeing her in it for the first time! 🙂 

And then there was this reaction. Her dad had us all in tears seeing his daughter for the first time!  Don’t worry our friends at Life Stage Films caught it all on camera and we can’t wait to see!
