It’s here!! We are so excited to share the styled shoot portion of the Magnolia Wedding Workshop at Litchfield Plantation on the blog tonight! After all the coordination, organization and planning I think we are still in disbelief that everything turned out so beautifully and that it is over! What an amazing day it was. Since we began our business in 2012, hosting a workshop has always been on our business bucket list (along with shooting in Italy or Ireland, a Vegas wedding and venturing up to Nantucket… hint-hint) and it finally happened! In case you missed the behind the scenes blog post we posted late last week, be sure to see it here and check out the video by Benz Productions!
While there are so many people we will be thanking for making this all possible, we first have to start with our models and 2015 MP bride and groom, Jonanna & Cameron! If it wasn’t for Jonanna’s idea of wanting to get dressed up all over again, we may not have attempted this journey this year. More likely, we would still be talking about it over and over again in theory like we have for the past 4 years. 🙂 Not to mention they were both amazing models just like they were on their actual wedding day!
Secondly, to our families and husbands – you all forever believe in us and support us even when you don’t seem to understand what exactly we are doing. It’s okay, and we still appreciate your efforts to understand and the constant motivation to move forward. To our husbands specifically, thank you for tolerating us basically planning another wedding together only this time within 3 months. We appreciate you sharing your color palette preferences with us and making us think you were really listening when we asked your second opinion on the millions of shoe choices (Bailey).
To our friends/friendors (friends that are wedding vendors) and sponsors – all of your support throughout this entire process was the most impacting and truly made this experience rewarding for us. From the vendors that participated in the shoot to the ones that we just mentioned this idea to back in February, thank you for all the help and positive vibes you sent our way! To everyone that donated their time and creative efforts toward making this something memorable for our participants we appreciate it more than you will ever know! Throughout this process we were able to meet and connect with many new friendors through social media which we can’t wait to work with again in the future! Be sure to see Jasmin’s stunning calligraphy and Michelle’s handmade Vow book below!
Last but not least we have to thank our dear friend Corina who spent countless hours listening to our concepts from the start and helping us organize not only the day, but the content of the entire workshop. We absolutely could not have done it with out her! Yes, she is also a wedding photographer, but we greatly value her helpfulness and friendship over any competition! Many, many thanks Corina!!
Ok, now on to the real reason you are here… once you have looked at all the awesomeness, be sure to check out all of the vendors listed at the bottom of the post. Visit their websites, give them a like and be sure to follow along with them on Insta! We are truly surrounded by some of the best professionals in the Carolinas!
