It’s not secret that October was extremely busy around here, however you may not have known we ended the month with a destination wedding in Gatlinburg, TN! The fall colors were absolutely stunning and the weather was perfect for the entire weekend. Something else you may not know is that Scarlett is very dear to us as she is not only my (Jana’s) cousin, but she also assists us often with editing and running the Shoootbooth! Scarlett’s vision from her wedding was unlike most brides as it was centered around her favorite holiday- Halloween. We loved the use of taper candles, mini pumpkins and of course her moms yummy pound cakes she incorporated. Random fact, her mom Gina also made my wedding “cakes” which were just like Scarlett’s! Soooo good! I mean how many people can say they get to enjoy their wedding cake at all the family functions? 🙂 The entire day went by SO fast, I never even got around to giving my maid of honor speech. I should probably just keep to my photographer role. So, in typical elliott fashion we just made up for it at the reception with lots of laughs, dancing and well raps. Yes, raps. haha Scarlett and Patrick also brought along their pups Petey and Marley to celebrate! Although they were a little overwhelmed by all the celebration, we managed to get a few images with these cuties! Looking back on these photos it’s so hard to believe Scarlett and Patrick will have been married for 3 weeks this Sunday! Time seriously is flying these days!
Congrats Scarlett and Patrick! We love you both so much!
Patrick- here’s to officially being stuck with me forever! haha!
I enjoyed looking through all of them.Images with full of joy and love.
