Brittany and Alex’s engagement session was stop one of our East Coast travels for Labor Day weekend! We were traveling to Upstate New York for Tiana and Andrew’s wedding and made a pitstop in Charlottesville at Waterperry Farm to photograph Brittany and Alex’s engagement session! Charlottesville is one of our all time favorite places, to both shoot and visit so we were insanely excited when it worked out that we could shoot their session there. From the very first photo, Brittany and Alex were absolute pros. As we explored the gardens, the heat and humidity started getting to everyone but they kept smiles on their faces and snuggled even closer (sharing forehead sweat and everything – hahaha!). Waterperry Farm is an absolutely gorgeous place with beautifully manicured gardens, mountain views and water features – we highly suggest visiting if you have a chance!

Brittany and Alex are getting married in Williamsburg next month and we’re so excited to be sharing their day with them!
