We are so excited to be sharing this stunning destination editorial from Bald Head Island on the blog today! When the girls from Southern Bride & Groom asked us to be a part of this shoot back in September, we just could not contain our excitement! Lauren with the Lion House Co. designed the most dreamy, Boho – SoCal getaway wedding, using wicker textures with a soft maritime color palette. Incase you have never visited BHI (you should plan your trip now) you should know you must arrive via ferry and the only transportation on the island is with golf carts or bicycles. We cannot tell you how much fun we had exploring the island with Janna & Isaiah (our models) and our personal glam squad- Kelly & Gianna (the Silver Ceiling beauty girls). It is SO hard to choose locations for these types of shoots when you literally have an entire island. Through our adventures, we discovered the perfect “ceremony” spot off of a private beach access and maybe held up the golf cart traffic on the bridge for photos with the cart.  However, as you will see below it was totally worth it! We cannot thank all of the vendors who participated in the shoot enough. Leslie, Lauren, Claire, Nicole, Michelle, All of the Shoals Club Staff, Nik, Janna, Isaiah G & Kelly you all were amazing to work with! Spending two nights on this quaint little island just wasn’t enough for us so we are already planning another visit back soon!
